RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All animals must comply with current DEFRA regulations.
All animals must be HALTER TRAINED AND LED otherwise to remain in pen.
All exhibitors must comply with MOVEMENT DOCUMENTATION to the satisfaction of Surrey Trading Standards
All exhibitors must fill in ENTRY FORMS.
Cattle must have a valid PASSPORT and MOVEMENT CERTIFICATE on the day.
All exhibitors must use the special livestock entrance on the day.
Please report to the BIO SECURITY OFFICE before unloading your lorry for the current DEFRA regulations.
No lorries to be unloaded until advised.
Please make sure all wheel arches on all vehicles are disinfected before arrival on the Show Ground.
